Trinity’s Infrared sauna continues to be available as an additional healing modality added to massage. Sauna’s are used to help detox the body through sweating and by increasing circulation. Our sauna uses both ceramic and carbon to send infrared heat to your muscles. The benefits of infrared saunas are circulatory. The heat increases circulation and metabolism can assist with detox, pain relief, improvements to overall circulation. Though there is a lot of information regarding the health benefits of these saunas, I’m going to send you to Sauna Cloud which is where I got my Clearlight Sauna from. Don’t hesitate to do more research on your own at http://saunacloud.com/the-ultimate-guide-to-far-infrared-sauna-health-benefits/.

Trinity Wellness Center is a place for people to come for relaxation and regeneration. A relaxation massage goes a long way to relaxing not only the body but also the mind. When the body and mind relax, the body's natural healing system can work more efficiently. Massage helps relieve stress and increases body awareness. It is a great tool to help maintain your health.
The therapeutic qualities of massage are many. Massage relaxes tight muscles, assists the release of connective tissue and increases circulation. It can be used as a complimentary tool to assist in the treatment of fibromyalgia, arthritis, muscle contractures and many other health issues.
Trinity Wellness Center is handicapped accessible and the massage table adjusts for wheelchair transfers.
We are open by appointment only and will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Hours vary from 10am to 7pm Monday - Friday with some Saturday times available.
